The Big Island
With more than twice the size of all
the other Hawaiian islands combined, Hawaii has 11 of the 13 known climatic
zones of the world. The big island offers the world's most active volcano,
waterfalls, black-sand beaches, tropical rainforests - even snow-capped
mountain peaks! And it offers great vacation activities - championship
golf, horseback riding, sport fishing, and helicopter tours. This is
a very special island, because some of the most sacred Hawaiian sites
can still be seen here.

Kauai
Kauai is the oldest and most tropical
Hawaiian island. Here you'll find beauty and variety everywhere - from
the dramatic Na Pali coast to incredible Waimea Canyon, from mystical
Hanalei to the Bali Hai mountain. On the northern side, Mt. Waialeale
is the wettest spot on earth, with almost 500 inches of rain a year!
While in the south, Poipu offers some of the sunniest beaches on the
island. No wonder so many films, including Jurassic Park and South Pacific,
have been shot here!
